The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Latvia invite you on 13 February from 13:45 to 14:45 to take part in a public discussion entitled “25 Years of Diplomatic Relations between Latvia and Ukraine – Achievements and the Way Ahead”. During the discussion, the State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Latvia, Mr. Andrejs Pildegovičs, and the State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, Mr. Andrii Zayats, will look back at the aspects that have played an essential role in the development of the relations between both countries during these past 25 years since the diplomatic relations were established, as well as outline the prospects for future cooperation.

The event will be moderated by Professor of the Department of Political Science of the University of Latvia, Dr Žaneta Ozoliņa, and will be held in English.

Venue: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kr. Valdemāra iela 3.
