The order (the full text can be found at the Verkhovna Rada web-site: http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/367-2015-%D0%BF) sets up the procedures of crossing the administrative boder of the free economic zone "Crimea" while entering and departure from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine by citizens of Ukraine in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On establishment of the free economic zone "Crimea" and on specifics of implementing economic activities at the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine", as well as by foreigners and stateles persons with due consideration of the Law of Ukraine "On securing rights and freedoms of citizens and the legal order at the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine".
