During the meeting the parties discussed the state and dynamics of bilateral relations between Ukraine and Latvia in the education sphere, conclusion of a new intergovernmental agreement and other important agenda.

The Latvian side positively assessed the dynamic relations in the education sphere and the growing trend of Ukrainian students studying in Latvian high schools. The Minister highly estimated the Ukrainian Riga Secondary School in Riga and pledged further assistance.  The Minister accepted the proposal of the Ambassador to pay a joint visit there.
