On 22 July 2012, a concert of Ukrainian bandurist Viktor Pashnyk took place in Riga.

Folk songs and compositions of well-known artists were performed in Ukrainian, Belorussian, Polish, Chuvash and Moldovan at the concert. Viktor Pashnyk is the author of some of the songs. The audience was charmed with professional bandura performance and beautiful singing of the Ukrainian artist.

Representatives of Ukrainian, Belorussian and Polish communities of Latvia, diplomatic corps and media attended the event.
