Commemoration of victims of WW II in Latvia

On 8 May, Day of Commemoration and Reconciliation in Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine together with Latvian top officials and diplomatic missions, accredited in Riga, participated in events dedicated to the defeat of Nazism and commemoration of victims of the World War II.
The ecumunical service in the Riga Dome, flower-laying ceremonies at the Riga Brethren cemetery and the Salaspils Memorial were widely attended by Latvian highest officials, MPs, foreign diplomats, local government officials, representatives of the civil society and media.
We remember. We prevail.
