In order to facilitate mutually beneficial cooperation, in October 2021 the Chernihiv Regional State Administration is to host the Forum “Ukraine and the Baltic States. Regional Dimension” aimed at bringing together officials and business executives from the Chernihiv region, as well as from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

The format of this event is to be further agreed, given the spread of COVID-19 across the region.

The concept of the Forum includes an investment panel to outline the potential of the Chernihiv region to deliver business opportunities, int. al., through investment projects.

The Forum also includes a panel on promoting shared initiatives between enterprises of the Chernihiv region and the Baltic States.

In order to develop further contacts, there will be an opportunity to get engaged in the direct B2B talks to expand existing trading arrangements and embrace new markets.

The Forum is intended to spot the ways towards joint projects, as well as to develop a stronger dialogue between government officials and businesses in terms of trade and investment relationship of the Chernihiv region and the Baltic States.
