Russia's massive missile strikes on Kyiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv and other Ukrainian cities, shelling of Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, killing civilians, destroying civilian infrastructure demonstrate again that Russia is a terrorist state and Putin is an international criminal.

On August 11, Latvia recognised Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism and was the second country in the world who did that. All civilized countries should make such a decision.

The international isolation of Russia, the destruction of the Russian economy, as well as the provision of the maximum possible weapons to Ukraine are the necessary steps that enable to stop Russia’s terrorism, stop killing civilians. 

Today, Putin's government is a threat not only to Ukraine, but also to the whole world. Only together we can defeat this absolute evil.
