Ukrainian producers take part in Riga Food 2016

On September 7 the International Food Industry Exhibition RIGA FOOD was kicked off by Latvian president, prime minister, agriculture minister, ambassadors of Ukraine, Italy, Hungary and Uzbekistan.
Due to the Embassy’s assistance it’s the third time that Ukraine is participating in RIGA FOOD exhibition with the national stand representing 13 companies. In general, 700 enterprises from 35 countries presented their products and services in Riga.
On the first day the Ukrainian Master Pack company forged a deal on supply of its packing equipment to Latvia. Ukrainian products seem to cause high interest and further negotiations are expected.
The 21st exhibition is the biggest food industry event in Baltic countries.
